If you wish to exchange an item, we will provide an exchange or store credit if we are contacted within 14 days of the date of purchase.

Any exchange must be returned in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase .

Store credit is valid on our online store only, and can be used towards any purchase.

Note that you will need to have an account with us in order for store credit to be issued.

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.

Please contact us with "Damaged Product" in the subject line, let us know what happened, and we will be happy to start the process to get a new product in your hands as soon as possible!

Products are restocked on a regular basis, unless otherwise indicated.

Currently we ship within Canada only.

Standard delivery within Canada usually takes up to 7 business days once it is dispatched. Please note that this is an estimate only. We aim to ship quickly but cannot guarantee shipping timelines, as these timelines are determined by our shipping providers.

We offer flat rates for shipping in Canada.

Orders under $60: $5 flat rate

Orders between $61-149: $20 flat rate

Orders over $150: Free Shipping
